APEX is a group of business executives who meet monthly to develop their leadership skills. The main intention is for each member to share a challenge facing them and to get feedback from the other members of the group. We subscribe to the motto that “None of us is as smart as all of us.”
By tapping into the knowledge and experience in the room no one has to make an uninformed decision.
Membership is open to San Francisco Bay area executives who manage a group of individuals and who report to the company CEO.
Monthly all-day meetings are held 12 times a year, normally on the third Thursday of each month from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The venue for each meeting changes as the members take turns hosting the monthly event.
In addition to discussing decisions facing us we also share and track progress on our key performance indicators; share best practices; set and track monthly, quarterly and annual goals; host speaker workshops; and have fun.

- Vice President of a distributor of emergency responder equipment
- Director of a boutique recruiting firm
- Vice President of a commercial furniture installer
- Director of a specialty waterproofing contractor
