I have worked with business owners and high-level executives for over 45 years. Currently, I lead the two peer advisory groups outlined on this website, The BAR is for business owners and APEX is for their direct reports.

I have led several different private advisory boards since 1997, conducted thousands of monthly 1-1’s with my CEO members over that time, facilitated numerous topic discussions during our all-day monthly meetings, and hosted hundreds of expert speakers who have conducted workshops on business and personal topics.

My career has spanned three completely different types of industries. Prior to business coaching, I spent 20 years on the management side of commercial banking and 10 years as a merger and acquisition advisor. So I come with finance and management experience that has been very useful in leading my groups.

Oh, and what else about me? My wife and I have nine grandkids with whom we do not get to see often enough. I enjoy biking, gym workouts, reading, woodworking, photography, kayaking, going anywhere with my wife and two Labradoodles as well as spoiling our grandkids.
